• Thirty-One is female-led.  Our founder Cindy Monroe started the company in the basement of her Tennessee home in 2003.  As a working mother who had experience in direct selling, she knew the impact that this kind of business could have on a family.  She wanted to create something that gave women the chance to support their family while doing something they love and on their own schedule. Since 2003, we’ve empowered thousands of women to build their own businesses – when, where and how they want!

• We give back!  Our Consultants have always found ways to make a difference in their communities, from building care bags to organizing fundraisers.  So in 2012 – we created Thirty-One Gives to help them make an even bigger impact.

• We are all about helping you simplify your everyday while sticking to a budget!  You can shop as a customer and save with our sales and customer specials.  Or you can be an insider and earn free items, half-priced items as well as insider exclusive items!  Last but not least, you can be part of our Thirty-One family and earn lots of products for free plus money back on everything you sell!

• Do good, feel good.  67% of our products are made with recycled polyester fabric made from recycled plastic bottles.  Our growing collection of sustainable, reusable styles are better for the planet—and we’re just getting started.

• Did you know: Each product we design goes through a “31 uses” test, to make sure it can be used AT LEAST 31 different ways.
